Finding resilience and strength to make our dreams come true
Tackling mental health issues can be a challenge when you are balancing a relationship, a career and maybe even other children. You are probably here because you are struggling with infertility, you are pregnant and feeling overwhelmed by the physical changes and exhaustion you are feeling day to day, or you are managing the grief of recent pregnancy loss. Maybe you have recently given birth and are feeling astonished by all the choices and decisions to be made about early parenting. You may be juggling infertility treatments/ pregnancy, a chronic illness and your relationship with your partner as well as a career. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience in the field, and I am here to give you a place to take a breath and work towards what is most important to you.

You are one step away
Our sessions will always focus on you and what you want most out of treatment. I will tailor a treatment plan that will get you to where you want to be, while assisting you in tackling the shock of identity shifts and potential ambivalence about next steps. Our time together is a safe space for exploring your desires for the present and the future
I have an eclectic approach that incorporates CBT, DBT skills, Mindfulness Approaches and Somatic approaches. Let’s get you started right away with some practical tools that can help to change your mindset and perspective, as well as pinpoint the strengths you have that will get you to where you want to be.
